Nurses
To provide and supervise the delivery of high quality nursing care to residents in accordance with up-to-date, evidence-based professional practice and company policies.Requirements:
RGN qualified. Currently registered with An Bord Altranais. Have excellent communication skills with a good level of spoken and understanding of English. At least one year of nursing experience. Ability to assess, plan, implement and evaluate resident care and act accordingly if untoward changes. Experience of recording accurate records. Knowledge of medication rounds and safe administration of medicine. Practical experience of providing high quality care exceeding expectations. Evidence of personal continuing professional development. Ability to motivate and work with a team of staff. Experience or interest in Care of Older Persons is desirable.
